GREATER SOUTHERN WATERFRONT (GSW)

Stretching from Gardens by the Bay East area to Pasir Panjang, the Greater Southern Waterfront (GSW) covers 30km of Singapore’s southern coastline. With 2,000 hectares of land, its overall area is six times the size of Marina Bay and will include recreational, residential and commercial developments. With Labrador Park being situated within the space of the GSW, many corporate giants such as, Google, Cisco and Unilever have made it their base of operations. Coupled with the masterplan for GSW furthering the expansion of Labrador Park and the like, the increase in land vacancy would include more office spaces being built.
